Training and Development: Successful candidates will participate in a rigorous 6.5-week training program in Houston, TX. This intensive program covers Uniteds safety and service standards. A $140 per week stipend, accommodations, and breakfast and lunch are provided during training. Upon successful completion of training, a $1,000 bonus will be awarded. Following training, the Flight Attendant will be assigned to one of United's seven hubs or other reputed company locations. (Relocation assistance is not provided). Qualifications and Requirements: Applicants must meet the following criteria: Minimum age of 21 at the time of application. High school diploma or GED equivalent; two or more years of college preferred. Minimum one year of customer service experience in a relevant industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, food service, teaching, aviation, social services). Must pass a functional reputed company assessment (76-inch vertical and 43.5-inch horizontal reputed company). Ability to sit in an assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder reputed company fastened. Ability to serve and sell food and beverages (including alcohol) professionally.
