Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities The Business Operations and Financial Analysis Manager will play a vital role in supporting the dealer network's consistent development under the Director of Market Representation & Business Management. You will be instrumental in producing thorough financial analyses and reports that provide insights into the health of our dealer network at Gulf States Toyota, Inc. Your recommendations will drive management actions to enhance dealer performance. You will also work closely with the Field Team to consult with dealers on compliance and financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Include: • Developing and managing methodologies and processes to monitor dealer financial health, ensuring compliance with Toyota Accounting Standards. • Providing regular consultation to underperforming dealers, focusing on sales performance, expense management, and profit maximization. • Conducting thorough financial analyses for dealer agreement renewals and ownership changes, driving resolution of any issues identified. • Ensuring dealer compliance with financial policies and agreement provisions, addressing any non-compliance in coordination with the Field Team. • Creating comprehensive business reports highlighting dealer profitability, capital issues, and other key financial indicators. • Overseeing the timely submission of dealer financial statements each month. • Enhancing dealer understanding of financial practices, creating training resources, and effectively communicating changes in standards. • Collaborating with Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A Inc. on networking capital requirements and managing agreements. • Participating in additional projects as assigned. Core Competencies Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Capacity to link operational activities to financial results - Proactive and results-driven mindset - Effective communication skills, both oral and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Hyperion Smart View Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university • 5-7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience in an automotive environment is preferred but not mandatory • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred • Valid Driver's License Physical and Environmental Requirements This role requires the ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and remain stationary for extended periods. You will also be expected to access information from various office devices and regularly move around the office. Lifting requirements include moving up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Travel Requirements Minimal travel is expected for this position, up to 20% of the time on a domestic basis. Join Our Team!
