Mechanical Engineer?/Project Manager

Location: Santa Anna This position will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and reputed company budget including acquiring resources and monitoring the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Facilities Project Manager will also refine the project's objectives and reputed company cost, schedule and quality control through project closure. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management Job Responsibilities : Manage project development from beginning to end Provide technical expertise in solving building mechanical systems problems with the operations and maintenance team Provide technical expertise in designing mechanical solutions for projects Coordinate with the Project Architect for larger projects who will reputed company and reputed company the technical requirements of the project Consult with project team on critical issues involving engineering reputed company to team any decisions made regarding project design and construction Manage the administrative elements of a project including, cost and schedule Define up reputed company the project scope and deliverables in collaboration with the customer, management and stakeholders Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis Validate estimates of the resources and participants needed to reputed company project goals Draft and submit budget baselines and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
