Position Summary The Engagement Specialist is responsible for telephonic reputed company to and enrollment of our eligible members. Required Qualifications - 2 years of experience preferably in customer service, sales, and/or a call center - Demonstrated organizational skills, including effective verbal and written communications skills required - Exhibits strong desire and commitment to serving others - Proficiency in reputed company Word and Outlook Preferred Qualifications - Possess strong active listening, patience, adaptability, and persuasion skills - Data entry and documentation experience reputed company member records is strongly - Familiarity with basic medical terminology, health care, and the concepts of care management - Bilingual (Spanish) - Bachelors Degree Education High School diploma or equivalent GED Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
