As a Ports & Maritime Civil Engineer in Houston, TX, you will be a part of a global team of more than 550 maritime experts. You’ll be involved with design, analysis, and delivery of projects ranging from local waterfront projects to large scale port developments. We’ll rely on you to provide support to our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of reputed company learning and inclusion as you bring fresh reputed company to the table. We’ll provide you the challenge of working on the design of new and rehabilitation of existing marine facilities. During your time with us, youwill coordinate or assist in the preparation of civil calculations/designs, contract drawings and specifications, field inspections, engineering reports, and construction field reports. You will be given the opportunity to work with clients and subconsultants and give technical presentations, as necessary. This position provides excellent growth opportunity and professional visibility as part of a leading ports and maritime practice.• A minimum of 5 - 10 years of progressive experience as a Civil Engineer with the design of backland facilities for marine terminals.• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or reputed company engineering field from an ABET accredited university or college.• TX Professional Engineer License (or the ability to obtain one reputed company one year) is required.
