About the position The Home Health Administrator/DON is responsible for overseeing the quality and safe delivery of home health care services in a small rural agency. This role involves coordinating services that align with the agency's philosophy and standards of care, as well as planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating agency services, programs, and activities. The Administrator will also manage staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain effective communication reputed company the agency.
