This role is integral in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our HVAC services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting our operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Customer Billing Management: • Record and maintain accurate billing information, including parts used, labor hours, and inventory usage. • Review work orders to ensure reputed company details are captured accurately for billing purposes. • Invoice reputed company and Delivery: • Create and send invoices to customers using specialized billing software. • Ensure invoices reputed company with company policies and customer agreements. • Error Resolution: • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in billing to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. • Work closely with technicians and management to clarify any issues. • Software Utilization: • Use TRACK system and Computer Ease software for billing and invoicing tasks (training available if required). • Maintain proficiency in software to streamline billing processes. • Reporting and Documentation: • Prepare reports summarizing billing activity for management review. • Maintain organized records of invoices and billing correspondence. The ideal candidate should possess: • Experience: • Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or reputed company administrative roles (HVAC industry experience preferred). • Familiarity with TRACK system or Computer Ease software is a plus but not required; training will be provided. • Skills: • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook). • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve discrepancies effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Attributes: • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
