Senior Program Manager

The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing reputed company, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI, specifically North American Sovereign Cloud Regions. In addition, this specific role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems, managing difficult to meet deliverables, and the ability to coordinate many teams to deliver on a common goal – improving our customer experience. Our Program Manager (PM) is required to define strategies for process improvements where toil is to be eliminated, process is to be improved, efficiencies are to be gained, project status is effectively communicated to the reputed company audience and a hands-on approach to people, process, and delivery is used. This role will be managing deliverables with visibility up to the Director level of OCI. U.S. Citizenship required, TS/SCI w/Poly preferred. Basic Qualifications • U.S. Citizenship required, active TS/SCI w/Polygraph reputed company clearance preferred. • 6+ years leading reputed company technical / engineering programs, preferably in the government customer environment and in particular Cloud • 8+ years relevant work experience in program and project management • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications • Ability to effectively represent ONSR perspectives to partner organizations, product teams, and executive leadership • Ability to work across and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and or cultures. • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at reputed company levels including the executive level • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills • Solid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands • Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence Preferred Qualifications • Extensive experience with infrastructure, networking, cloud services, virtualization, or US Government • Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and reputed company in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly • Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling Career Level - IC3 Apply Job!
