Accounting Specialist

Job Title: Accounting Specialist Location: San Antonio, Texas (on-site) Pay Rate: up to $24-28 per hr Internal Job ID: 10040881 Addison Group is seeking an Accounting Specialist for a contract-to-hire role with our client in San Antonio, Texas. This position requires at least five years of experience working as an accounting specialist or in a related role and pays up to $28 per hour, contingent upon applicable experience. Responsibilities: Manage AP and AR processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Prepare and post journal entries to maintain financial records. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Assist with payroll processing, including handling direct deposits. Handle non-PO payments such as utilities, rentals, and vehicle expenses. Requirements: 5+ years of working as an accounting specialist or in a related role 5+ using Quickbooks Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why Choose Addison Group?
