Responsibilities • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort. • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. • Support clients with medication management as per care plans. • Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. • Implement care plans developed by reputed company, adjusting as necessary based on client needs. • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. • Document daily activities, changes in condition, and any concerns to communicate with family members or healthcare providers.
