Position: Grocery Store Construction Superintendent Requirements: • Out-of-Ground / Ground-up Commercial Construction experience • Prior Grocery Store Experience is a Plus but not required • Interested in working autonomously and with little input from others • Completed Projects in Texas & are interested in Texas-Only projects • Excellent communicator, client-facing, client-development • Manage schedule, including dynamic adjustments and multi-week look-aheads • Efficiently manage Assistant Superintendent and Sub-Contractors Locations: • Dallas-Ft.
