Position Summary The Professional Proofreader and Formatter is part of the writing administrative staff for Resume Services. In this role, you will be responsible for formatting and instructional editing of all resumes for all Keystone Career Transition clientele in a timely manner using Microsoft Word, ensuring resumes are polished and professional. You will maintain online resume samples and templates for consultants to use and answer any resume related questions that come by way of the consulting team. Due to the nature of the work, this role is virtual and requires online access. This is a contract/part-time role. Responsibilities • Formatting and instructional editing of Keystone Career Transition resumes, ensuring all resumes are polished, error-free, and professional in appearance. • Working with consultants in checking client written material for typos, consistent and accurate grammar, and completed content. • Maintaining Keystone standards of formatting and proofreading. • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and resume formatting and proofreading activities in accordance with best practices and record retention policies Experience • Advanced Microsoft editing and formatting tools knowledge. • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Excellent written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to receive, interpret, and disseminate information, verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner. • Experience and ability working independently in a fast-paced environment. • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional services organization. Education Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. Comparable experience also considered in lieu of formal educational background. Apply Job!
