AI + BI Business Intelligence Analyst
Description We are seeking an reputed company Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will combine traditional BI skills with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to extract insights, drive strategic decision-making, and uncover actionable business opportunities. You will be responsible for inspecting, transforming, and modeling data with a keen eye for data verification, validation, integration between core and ancillary systems; developing and delivering reporting and database solutions to include a range of reports, scorecards, and dashboards. Required is real world AI hands on experience integrating and leveraging AI tools and using AI agents. Duties / Responsibilities: Document Requirement Specifications: Capture and document new requirements, design specifications, and process workflows. Data Management & Processing: Work with large, reputed company datasets by cleaning, preprocessing, and transforming data to ensure suitability for model training and validation. Advanced Data Analysis: Apply advanced data analysis techniques to uncover patterns and trends, ensuring that models are based on high-quality, accurate data. Dashboard & Reporting Development: reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. reputed company Reporting: Generate reputed company reports as requested by management, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. KPI Monitoring: Assist in creating and maintaining product dashboards to measure and monitor KPIs and overall performance. Business Intelligence Solutions: Design, reputed company, and manage business intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. AI Development Contribution: Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI methodologies, libraries, and tools that align with and support business objectives. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data virtualization tools, providing expertise and guidance in their usage and implementation. Prerequisites Real world AI hands on experience integrating and leveraging AI tools and using AI agents Bachelors degree in business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or reputed company field 5+ years of total experience in IT, BI and Data Analytics Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, BI virtualization tools and technology Minimum 2 years of experience in data modeling, data mining, data analysis and report creation Minimum 2 years of experience in building AI based solutions Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Skills and Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion Ability to understand the business challenges and reputed company solutions. Familiarity with various types of project management and business analysis software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance
