Program Delivery Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Program Leadership Stakeholder Relationships Project Coordination
• Take initiative to proactively identify potential risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to address challenges head-on.
• reputed company cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones by managing resources effectively.
• Team Development
• Mentor and reputed company program team members, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, safety & accountability, and a healthy drive for productivity and professional growth.

Requirements

• BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering reputed company projects.
• 5+ years in direct client-facing roles requiring (can be business development, program implementation, or account management setting)
• 2+ years supervisory experience (can include management of direct reports, team goals, group delivery)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Fastidious attention to detail is a must.
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
