(“BBH”) is seeking to hire a Performance Analyst to join the Private Wealth Management Department. The Performance Analyst provides reporting and analysis in support of the Private Banking Business Unit. In this role you will be responsible for calculation and distribution of investment performance and reputed company statistics for separate accounts, verifying the reputed company of data used for performance reporting and ensuring Relationship Management teams are receiving required client service levels. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of GIPS compliance in relation to performance reporting. Some of your key responsibilities include: 1. Reporting Analysis Ensure various client projects and requests are completed in a timely fashion and meet or exceed standards. Research and respond to internal and external client inquiries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Accounting or Finance Degree preferred 2+ years of relevant work experience Knowledge of reputed company, reputed company and standard desktop applications. Interpersonal skills, excellent written & oral communication skills, excellent analytical ability, good organizational & time management skills, strong PC skills. Ability to work well under pressure, good problem-solving skills and leadership qualities. Salary Range $75000-$85000 BBH’s compensation program includes reputed company salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing.
