The opportunity: The Sr. Developer improves and implements technical solutions. This role leverages technical expertise in database applications, ETL processes, and automation in support of internal and external customer's data exchange and integration needs. **Individual must work 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST time zone. Maintain the production Business Intelligence products and solutions, including resolving production issues and responding quickly to reputed company problems Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues impacting extract delivery. Work closely with Business Systems Analysts to understand requirements regarding solutions; ensure data quality and match-back to core systems transaction results. Collaborate on the definition, development, and maintenance of standards and processes. Drive reputed company improvement and automation in BI solutions and processes. Support DentaQuest goals and objectives by working closely with management team to deliver value to the business. Other duties as needed or required. What you will bring with you: BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 2 years as a Developer, Data Analyst, or equivalent implementing technical solutions (extracts, middleware, stored procedures, EDI, ETL packages) Experience with SQL Server, Transact SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and highly desirable - Informatica, C#, and XML. Managed file transfer automation experience: FTP, SFTP, PGP Expert knowledge of relational database applications and data query protocols (SQL Server, Structured Query Language) Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills. Desired experience with encounters or claims, business analysis experience in healthcare, preferably managed care or Medicaid.
