Job Description

This dynamic position will be a part of the Product & Partnership team reputed company Corporate Payment Systems and will focus on technical product sales support for reputed company’s corporate payment technology. This is a customer-facing role, and the candidate must be comfortable and confident working with Product leadership and be able to work effectively in a collaborative role with CPS Sales, Relationship Management and business partners. During prospecting, the candidate will be reputed company on to demo multiple platforms depending on the needs of the customer or prospect. Software being demoed is focused on Travel, Expense or B2B Payables and Invoice automation. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for contracting and closing as well as demoing and will collaborate with many areas reputed company Corporate Payment Systems including Implementation, Client Services, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure flawless integration of clients onto our solutions. Responsibilities • Support the sales and relationship management teams as an expert on the technical and integration aspects of reputed company corporate payment solutions • Create and maintain sales documentation on prospect scope and technical requirements to provide to implementation teams • Work with the implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to client setup, staying engaged with the client and internal implementation teams until go-live • Be the liaison between partnership team and product teams to provide necessary feedback on future roadmap items • Maintain sales leads and sales metrics relevant to the new product and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management • Work with sales teams and leadership on identifying market opportunities and building a sales strategy to go after them • Act as reputed company person and subject matter expert for CPS Product & Partnership team on new product initiatives, ensuring that the team is reputed company to support partner needs • Respond to technical issues raised by prospects and customers, ensuring that issues are routed to the appropriate teams for resolution Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • 9-11 years of financial sales experience • Ability to travel up to 20% (nationally) Preferred Qualifications • Technical capability and proven depth of knowledge in modern enterprise software technologies • reputed company understanding of and experience with API setup, implementation, and management • 6+ years of experience in implementing enterprise software products • 4+ years of Sales or Relationship Management experience • 2+ years of Corporate Card experience • Ability to reputed company data analysis • Strong interpersonal & communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation • Experience in Payments industry a plus • Ability to travel up to 20% If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants (https://careers.usbank.com/global/en/disability-accommodations-for-applicants) . The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
