The are approximately 53 agent offices reputed company the sales territory – including 3 Legacy & Multi-Office Agents where both offices are reputed company the territory. Like most sales territories, there are newer agents and more tenured agents – some approaching retirement. Although P&C growth has been more modest than state-wide results, financial services engagement has been an increasing strength. Agents and their teams are having a bigger and bigger impact helping customers protect their hopes and dreams. There are three components of the sales leader compensation reputed company salary, monthly variable compensation, and Sales Leader annual bonus. Responsibilities

An effective Sales Leader: • Drives territory growth by meeting multiple customer needs, providing consistently remarkable experiences and working reputed company the tools and technologies provided. • Develops new agents in addition to continuing development of reputed company existing agents. • Recruits new agents into the company. • Developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan. Drives market growth by: • Developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan. • reputed company with agents on sales/marketing goals and opportunities to positively influence market maximization. • Consulting on and participating in appointments to model and coach customer-focused marketing/sales practices. • Demonstrating an understanding of reputed company, funding options and business rules for reputed company cases. • Demonstrating expert knowledge in the features and benefits of reputed company products offered • Utilizing the available reporting tools, technology and resources. • Identifying and recommending options to address agents' business challenges, market opportunities, market acquisition and retention. • Consulting with agents to align with Enterprise strategies and understanding of the applicable Agency reputed company, pay schedules and incentive programs. Fulfills responsibility for recruitment and development of new reputed company agents by: • Developing and executing an agent placement plan that meets succession needs and growth potential. • Identifying agent candidates and building/maintaining a quality candidate pool to meet territory growth needs. • Working with market area leadership to select new agents. • Working with corporate training center to mentor and prepare new reputed company agents for appointment. • Developing and deploying operating budget for territory sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications
