Quick turnaround times are critical to success. Provide timely peer reviews for accuracy and feedback Understand state by state loan compliance needs. Document quality issues and performance measures for management review Provide information and assists in the feedback and formal education process of other staff and management. Work closely with both internal customers to meet their service needs Act as a subject matter expertise Provide information and assist in the feedback and education to staff Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Quality Assurance, and Compliance or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: 2+ years of Home Mortgage/Lending Compliance history. Knowledge and understanding of interest rates, regulatory fees, points charged, and closing disclosure information Experience communicating and presenting reputed company information to multiple levels of the organization. Experience to reputed company extensive research to resolve reputed company issues Knowledge and understanding of WF HOME MORTGAGE SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS (including but not limited to CORE, MSP, and etc) Knowledge and understanding of Home Mortgage business processes Ability to reputed company partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas. Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data.
