About the role: We are looking for a Senior AI Software Development Engineer to help us build and enhance Artificial Intelligence components for the Automated Finance suite of products. What you will be doing: • Focus on how AI can enhance the functionality of our platforms by reducing manual tasks and intelligently evaluate key system features to provide market leading capabilities. • Translate reputed company or ambiguous requirements into clean, maintainable, scalable, and well documented code. • Design, reputed company, and maintain software applications and systems that provide value to end-users. • Implement and optimize algorithms, data usage, and cloud services for latency, availability, and cost. • Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure business continuity, and a high bar for end-user experience. • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, reputed company, scalability, and adherence to coding standards. • Write unit & integration tests, implement observability, and reputed company with best practices for builds and deployment to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform. • Provide live on-call support by participating in the team on-call rotation and owning production issues from root cause analysis to resolution to future prevention. • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, reputed company, compliance etc.) to bring reputed company to life • Set and maintain high standards of technical excellence across the team. • Mentor junior engineers and help hire new talent to build a stronger team. What you will need: • At a minimum, a Bachelor's in CS or equivalent education, and either 7+ years of relevant professional experience or advanced degree such as a master’s or PhD. • Understanding of how AI / ML plays a role in existing platforms and how it can be developed natively into new platforms • Proficiency in at least one modern development reputed company / language (e.g., Java). • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to reputed company in a fast-paced environment. • Experience leading projects from architectural design to production, while setting and maintaining high standards of technical excellence across your team. • Expertise in at least one area relevant to our cloud-based financial platform (e.g., fintech, distributed systems, databases, reputed company, or reputed company-end). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Experience with version control systems (Git), and DevOps practices like reputed company integration and reputed company delivery (CI/CD).
