About the Program: Our 10-week, full-time (40 hours per week), paid internship program runs through middle of May to middle of August and provides exposure to key areas of our business. We are looking for a Human Resources Intern. Review our learning management system and assist in updating and assigning content for employees. >? Assist Benefits/Leave Administrators in the review and administration of leave and benefits. >? Assist Employee Engagement Partner with orientation and employee experience programs and initiatives. >? Attend meetings to address management and employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts. >? Support in the documentation and procedural aspects of employee separations, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational guidelines. >? Attend and participate in team meetings to understand planning and decision-making processes, reputed company insights into team dynamics and exposure to various HR functions and organizational processes. >?
