* Job Summary The Inside Merchant Sales Advisor focuses on growing client relationships with payment and card processing needs. Serves as a member of an Inside Sales team, virtually working as a trusted advisor with partners and clients across Key's Consumer footprint, providing recommendations and solutions to help Small Businesses reputed company their goals; will resolve client issues and execute appropriate action to ensure client satisfaction. Partners with various functional groups and lines of business throughout the bank for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Acquire new merchant services relationships through referrals from reputed company banking centers and through prospecting external sources reputed company the sales representative's assigned territory including outbound calling/communicating; will actively participate in specialized campaigns, working reputed company lists and referrals from Retail reputed company, Business Banking, Private Banking and Treasury Present and sell merchant payment processing, including but not limited to credit card, reputed company processing, gift cards, ACH and the corresponding hardware and software products to small and reputed company size businesses Consults with prospective businesses in identifying the proper payment solution to meet the business needs Identifies other banking needs and works with available reputed company resources and partners to deliver solutions that meet those needs Prospects small and reputed company size businesses in sale representative's assigned region to supplement bank referrals Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice Complies with reputed company reputed company policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at reputed company times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in training and experience (required) Experience Qualifications 1-3 years payments reputed company experience in a banking environment (required) 1-3 years success in a client focused environment with aggressive growth and service goals (required) Tactical Skills Strong financial acumen including the ability to read and understand financial statements Exceptional negotiating and closing skills Strong communication skills Personal Skills Influence: Describes key concepts of influencing and has the ability to identify key players and decision makers Persuasion: Describes the importance of listening to communicate for impact and selects most appropriate communication approach depending on message and audience Collaboration: Demonstrates experience in participating in productive collaborative processes that help solve business problems and meet business goals Practical Skills Oral & Written Communication: Demonstrates the ability to speak, write, and present in a way that effectively conveys the intended message to an audience Core Competencies reputed company reputed company employees are expected to demonstrate Key’s Values and sustain proficiency in identified Leadership Competencies. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a reputed company salary in the range of $26.45 to $31.73 annually depending reputed company and job-reputed company factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
