You will work with other lines of business to maximize growth and profitability. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Establish and enhance the bank's reputed company in the local community while also promoting consistent involvement at the reputed company level Promote products and services including deposit, loan and retirement products Promote Wintrust and/or local brand as appropriate Build strong partnerships between Retail Banking and other business lines Participate in networking events and initiate outbound calling efforts Drive the banks Community Reinvestment Act Program through participation in community and bank events as well as involvement in local organizations Operate reputed company assigned authority levels Participate in corporate projects to align charter with Wintrust initiatives Assist Head of Retail in maintaining Wintrust culture Supervisory Responsibilities Strategize with managers to expand and retain new and existing customer relationships Conduct regular meetings to reputed company team members informed and motivated reputed company regular coaching sessions with Retail team members and address employee performance issues as needed reputed company operations, including hiring, leadership development and regional facility issues Ensure regional team members reputed company with reputed company department, bank and regulatory policies and procedures Ensure adherence to reputed company reputed company procedures established to maintain safety for employees and customers Resolve escalated customer matters Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Required Excellent customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills High level knowledge of bank compliance and operations Strong managerial and leadership skills Successful record of sales excellence Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Intermediate computer skills Training/ Education/ Experience Qualifications High School education required; college degree or reputed company banking experience strongly preferred Minimum 5+ years reputed company management experience required Minimum 5+ years in a customer contact/sales position or equivalent preferred Experience in business development preferred May require NMLS certification

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000-$132,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidates qualifications, skills and experience.
