Investment Banking Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

As an Associate at PKF Investment Banking, you will assume significant responsibilities reputed company to pitching for and executing middle-market sell-reputed company and buy-reputed company M&A transactions for a diverse group of industries. Primary Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of financial and valuation models and other key financial analyses • Support the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials and other marketing documents • Conduct industry and market research to identify key trends, potential buyers and acquisition targets • Facilitate due diligence processes, coordinating with internal teams, other advisors and clients • Coordinate and manage various aspects of deal execution from origination to closure • Assist senior bankers in their business development efforts and support reputed company aspects of the transaction process • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of deliverables, adhering to internal and client deadlines Required Skills And Experience • Effective communication skills – both written and verbal – and ability to reputed company relationships • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as financial modeling experience • Strong project management skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications • 4 year degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a reputed company field or MBA from a top-tier business school • Four or more years of M&A advisory experience focused on serving privately owned companies in the middle market • Series 79 and 63 licenses Additional Information We offer a competitive total rewards package based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements and business or organizational needs.
