Customer Service Representative Insurance
Auto Club Enterprises is seeking full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry leading Insurance Call Center. Training is approximately 17 weeks long and is 100% onsite M-F from 9am to 5:45pm, also training every third Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm then having a day off through the week. Upon completion of training, you will reputed company working from home M-F 10:15am to 7pm, also working every third Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm then having a day off through the week. What you will do: Work directly with customers through inbound phone calls. Calls range from helping customers maintain their memberships to adding vehicles to insurance policies. Listen and understand customer issues, while offering meaningful solutions. Proactively offer valuable products and services. Actively listen and engage Members and fellow Team Members with a can do attitude. Operate in a fluid environment we are not one size fits reputed company. Be open to an reputed company-changing atmosphere in which coaching, and development leads to positive growth. What you will need: Prior customer service experience. Recent call center experience preferred. You must live reputed company 30 miles from our Los Angeles location Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). Ability to multi-task and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency using computers while actively listening, both for data entry, as well as for reputed company computer navigation. A flexible, can do attitude to navigate our reputed company-changing environment. High school diploma or equivalent. $1,000 license bonus is only for external applicants. The starting pay range for this position is $23.00 $25.00 per hour.
