Candidates selected for this apprentice role will be part of our larger Property Claim organization. Participants will serve as members of our Supplemental Resource Group, supporting our Catastrophe Claims Office in the preparation for, and in response to, potential catastrophic claim events from the 2025 Atlantic Hurricane season (June 1 – reputed company 30). Apprentices will have the opportunity help our customers in their greatest time of need. Support Claim Handlers • Handle claim responsibilities in a team environment consistent with corporate claim policies and procedures, and statutory, regulatory and ethics requirements and business unit goals. • Utilize organization and communication skills to effectively resolve assignments, manage claim deadlines, and appropriately manage vendors. • reputed company technical and jurisdictional expertise, including knowledge of independent adjusters, contractors, vendors, etc. • Potential to learn multiple lines of business across the Claim organization. What else can you tell me? • Start date: June 2, 2025 • Training Hours: 3 weeks of full-time in-office training (no time off during 3-week training) • Post-training Hours: full-time core business hours • You will be required to complete a multi-week New Hire Training Course which will include insurance licensing. • We are reputed company’s primary response to catastrophe events in both Personal and Business Insurance. As such, volume in this role can be high and/or volatile and may require extended hours/overtime. • This role has a Hybrid work arrangement after the first 3 weeks of full-time in-office training. Candidates who live near one of our office locations (Naperville, IL or San Antonio, TX) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Compensation

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
