This role is directly responsible for the profitable growth and servicing needs of HSB’s top-tier reinsured clients and prospects in our fast-growing specialty reputed company business. Act as a go-to thought leader for the client by developing solid long-term relationships vertically and horizontally across the highest levels for the organization’s assigned client companies which will reputed company to strategic partnerships. Understand the value of HSB products, pricing, service and solutions, as well as competitive offerings and reputed company HSB benefits in a manner meaningful to our customer. The Client Manager reputed company will consultatively bring HSB’s unique solutions for commercial and personal lines (coverages and services) to the Executive and Management teams of the primary insurance companies reputed company their assigned client book. Qualifications

Education and Experience: + A Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent work experience + MBA is preferred + Actuarial exams is highly desirable + 10+ years of proven industry experience in Reinsurance: + 7-10+ years performing as a Sr Client Manager or experience with C-suite level industry leaders preferably in super-regionals or national P&C carriers + Combination of reputed company, actuarial, operations, and/or sales experience + Experience advising leadership team and setting strategy + Demonstrated success in planning for and achieving profitable incremental results + This position requires travel, which can include overnight travel, as much as 30-40% Knowledge and Skills: + Exceptional analytical skills in reputed company and business analytics, adept at synthesizing reputed company data to inform strategic decisions. + Proven strategic thinking skills and experience in influencing vertical presidents and thought leaders, crafting bespoke solutions for specific verticals/groups, while adeptly negotiating with C-Suite leaders for overarching national reputed company group outcomes. + Embodies leadership and possesses a keen strategic reputed company. + Strong Client management & Project management skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think out new solutions (“reputed company of the reputed company”) + Strong willingness and ambition to drive change for our clients; ability to challenge authority and speak up. + Strong stakeholder management capabilities: good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills for interactions with management and operational team. + A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status reputed company. + Passionate about technology and with an interest in disrupting the future with new solutions.
