Key Responsibilities

As a Claims Adjuster, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping our policyholders navigate the claims process smoothly: • Investigate & Resolve Claims: Work with moderate supervision to assess and resolve auto claims, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages. • Judgment & Decision-Making: Use sound judgment to analyze exposure and determine the best course of action. • Cost Control: Minimize claims costs and expenses while ensuring a positive outcome. • Extensive Interactions: Collaborate with all parties involved in the claims process. • Process Improvement: Identify ways to boost efficiency and effectiveness. • Timely Documentation: Record and communicate claims activity clearly and efficiently. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a claim professional with a passion for adjusting claims cost-effectively, utilizing their customer service skills, and the know-how to handle claims with confidence. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in personal auto claim processing • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Tech-savvy with excellent communication abilities • Spanish speaking a plus • A team player with a can-do attitude and "street smarts" • Superior coverage analysis and negotiation capable • · Bachelor’s degree is a plus!
