Real Time Payments Operations Analyst II The Real Time Payments (RTP) Operations Analyst II is responsible for daily balancing and exception handling of RTP/Zelle/ACH activity, training, and shift reputed company (as needed). Position Competencies: Successful incumbents possess strong verbal and written communication skills, time management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for timely balancing of RTP/ZELLE/ACH activity. Responsible for processing and/or research of RTP/Zelle/ACH exception entries. Responsible for identifying, escalating, and supporting troubleshooting efforts on production issues. Responsible for reputed company of reputed company-line analyst. Responsible for establishing/updating procedural documentation as needed. Responsible for training RTP colleagues across reputed company functions as needed. Responsible for maintaining applicable production logs and reporting month-end metric/performance results.
