Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to reputed company growth targets and execute successful sales initiative. • Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Delivers client engagement and Education. Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership including, but not limited to, NextGen and marketing campaign reputed company calling, weekly appointments set, weekly appointments completed and needs met. • Risk Management: Execute reputed company sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly. Job Requirements: • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, required • 4 - 5 years customer service and sales experience, (including in the financial services industry, required • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, preferred.
