About the position Sutherland is seeking Work-at-Home Licensed Health Insurance Sales Advisors for a short-term temporary contract. Our Advisors provide sales presentations over the phone to sell Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance to existing and prospective customers. This position is designed for the Open Enrollment period, which will begin on September 2 and will conclude on January 31, 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving inbound phone calls from prospects and utilizing your proven sales skills to enroll them in one or more of the client's insurance products. Additionally, you will make outbound phone calls to prospects, employing effective sales techniques to facilitate enrollments. Your responsibilities will include gathering all required data, determining eligibility, and building relationships with callers to establish trust. You will also manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses and accurately process applications and information in sales and customer systems. Tracking and recording the outcomes of calls, as well as any issues or inquiries requiring follow-up, will be essential to your role. This position offers a competitive pay rate of up to $21.50 per hour for applicants who currently possess an active license, along with monthly recognition and incentive programs. Furthermore, there are advancement opportunities available, as 80% of our frontline leaders have been promoted, and there is a possibility of joining us full-time after the enrollment period ends. Requirements • Active Life & Health insurance license valid in the state of residence. , • High school diploma or equivalent. , • Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
