The customer resolution representative will be responsible for working with customers to identify solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.If you are passionate about customer service, have a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult customer situations, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities of a Customer Resolution Representative: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify solutions to customer issues. Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with difficult customer situations. Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills. Remain up-to-date on customer service processes and procedures. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
