Customer Resolution Representative

Responsibilities of a Customer Resolution Representative: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify solutions to customer issues. Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with difficult customer situations. Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills. Remain up-to-date on customer service processes and procedures. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
