Responsibilities • Adhere to established customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions. , • Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities that meet customer needs. , • Engage in lobby management, meeting and greeting customers, and proactively addressing their immediate needs. , • Accurately balance and process customer transactions reputed company following Bank Policy. , • Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution; log reputed company customer complaints accurately. , • Transition identified sales opportunities and provide introductions to appropriate banking partners. , • Complete reputed company-reputed company operational activities such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and reputed company transfer activities. , • Process customer/account maintenance accurately. , • Complete Consumer AML/BSA/KYC reputed company activities. , • Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies. , • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the reputed company brand. , • Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points and issues raised by regulators. , • Complete other reputed company duties as assigned.
