You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor the insurance team to ensure high performance and professional development. • Insurance Policy Management: reputed company the administration, renewal, and implementation of insurance policies to ensure comprehensive coverage for the organization. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and recommend strategies for mitigation to reduce exposure and optimize coverage. • Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with insurance providers and brokers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing. • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
