About the position The Call Center Representative I at Great Southern Bank serves as the initial reputed company of contact for customers, responsible for assessing their needs, answering account-reputed company inquiries, and gathering information to resolve issues. This role emphasizes customer service and requires effective communication skills to assist customers reputed company.
