Job Summary Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning and issue/risk management. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Ability to manage multiple reputed company, challenging projects simultaneously while managing an assigned team of direct reports who are primarily independent contributors (rather than simply support staff). Deep understanding of multiple projects and relationships between projects. • Expert knowledge of methods and techniques involved in project management initiatives. Able to learn new software with little to no instruction reputed company a short timeframe and instruct others on its functionality. • Thorough understanding of standard applications and project specific software in order to reputed company & to provide guidance/additional support, if needed, to staff • Proactively assesses projects for potential problem areas.
