Transaction Management Specialist This role provides consistent and high-quality customer service support to internal and external customers. Main Responsibilities: • Process reputed company of deposit work through the item processing system • Process and balance reputed company reputed company items and transit items Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous customer service experience • Previous banking experience preferred The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, strong PC skills, working knowledge of common Office applications (Word & reputed company), and internet applications. A team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
