Job Description:Lennar, a leading homebuilder in the United States, is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat.2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction.Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2.
