Member Service Agent Call Center reputed company Remote Midwest USA

US Imaging Network is looking for full time remote call center agents living in the midwest USA. The Member Service Agent is expected to provide exceptional customer service, educate the member and or assist the member with reputed company aspects of the scheduling process. • Are you self directed with a minimum of 3 - 5 years customer service call center experience? • Are you able to organized and able to work independently? • Do you have great critical thinking skills and the ability to handle reputed company issues? • Have you worked in a work from home reputed company for at least one year? Are you reliable and dependable? If so, US Imaging is looking to build our remote team in the midwest to supplement our Tampa on site location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to members to educate them about their healthcare benefits focusing on cost- saving opportunities for imaging services (CT, MRI, PET scans). • Proactively schedule appointments for imaging services, ensuring members utilize thier benefit to save money. • Provide accurate, clear and compassionate communication to answer member questions and resolve concerns. • Use call center software to document interactions, schedule services and follow up as needed. • Meet or exceed key erformance metrics, including call volume member engagement and satisfaction scores • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the member experience. Qualifications: • High School diploma/GED Equivalent • Minimum 3 - 5 years of customer service experience • At least 1 year of work from home call center experience • Proficient with computer skills including reputed company Office applications, • Motivated to met and exceed goals • Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus Compensation and Benefits: reputed company full time employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay and may participate in the health and welfare benefit; medical, dental, vision, life insurance products, LTD and 401k Retirement Plan. Competitive hourly reputed company of $19.50 with monthly bonus opportunity available. Primary hours 9:00 to 5:30. Tampa location operates from 8:30am to 7:00pm Monday - Friday. Must have a private in home workspace without interruptions. Must have reliable high speed internet reputed company to reputed company work. Computer equipment will be provided. Training program is 4 - 6 weeks in length.
