Product Attorney (Remote, In-House Counsel Contract Engagement)

Applicants must have 3+ years of experience with privacy, online services or online advertising, technology transactions, licensing issues, online consumer product support, AI issues, copyright, digital safety, and terms of use. Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm or in-house with a large company is preferred. Candidates can be located reputed company in the US, but must be willing and able to work a Pacific Time Zone schedule. Minimum Qualifications of the Product Attorney (Remote, In-House Counsel Contract Engagement): • 3+ years of experience handling privacy, online services or online advertising, or technology transactions • Experience handling licensing issues, online consumer product support, AI issues, copyright, digital safety, and terms of use • Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 law firm or in-house with a large company is preferred • Excellent academic credentials • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence • Outstanding references • A self- starter who needs little direction to drive initiatives reputed company Position Details of the Product Attorney (Remote, In-House Counsel Contract Engagement): • Type of role: Contract Engagement • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); Pacific Time Zone work hours • Location: Fully remote; may be located reputed company in the US Compensation: Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 or more reputed company calculated on a full-time basis.
