About the position PDS is seeking a highly skilled Signals Engineer with a strong background in Radio Frequency (RF) and C++ programming. This position requires a Top Secret Clearance and a full scope polygraph. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of RF systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within RF processing systems. The role involves working with advanced technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development and enhancement of RF signal processing solutions. The candidate will be expected to engage in Sprint Development, utilizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and effective software delivery. The position also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet project requirements and enhance system performance. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a minimum of four years of relevant experience. The role demands proficiency in various programming languages and tools, including C++, Python 3.0, and Kubernetes (K8). Additionally, the candidate should have experience with signals analysis tools and digital signal processing techniques, including adaptive beamforming and filtering, demodulation, and error control coding. This position offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $250,000 per year, reflecting the expertise and experience required for this critical role. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. , 4 or more years of experience as a Software Signals Engineer (SSWE) with a focus on RF. , Proficiency in C++ programming. , Experience with RF systems, including Fourier transforms and filtering. , Knowledge of communications theory and digital modulation techniques. , Familiarity with signals analysis tools (e.g., WVT, DVT). , Experience with digital signal processing techniques, such as adaptive beamforming and filtering. Nice-to-haves Experience with Python 3.0 programming. , Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8). , Knowledge of GIT for version control.
