Assist customers during business hours by:
- Operating and Assisting Walk in Customers
- Answer phones during business hours
- Inputting required information into the Lost and reputed company system
- Research and verifying validity of reputed company information before release
- Collect lost items from Terminals and various other areas of the airport grounds.
- Photographed and log items
- Receive, count, document, and secure items in a lockable container such as a safe.
- Movement of Goods and Materials in and out of secured lockers
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Organizational skills
- Self-driven focus on Customer and Client satisfaction
