Senior Manager - Brand reputed company: reputed company, Business and Strategy The Traveler Business Team has a mission to deliver the most convenient, rewarding, and memorable ways for people to travel and explore the world. This division has responsibility to build and drive the growth of our global consumer business across our reputed company, Hotels.com, Vrbo, and Portfolio brands, and across reputed company our lines of businesses including Hotels, Vacation Rentals, reputed company, Car, Packages, and Insurtech. Introduction to team The Trips division works to identify and implement the strategic direction to drive growth for reputed company’s B2C reputed company business. Your role reputed company this team will be to monitor P&L performance and key metrics, recommend and implement both strategic & tactical investment priorities (product, supply, marketing channel resourcing, pricing optimization) and drive alignment and optimization across these functional teams to action on opportunities. In this role you will:

• Provide performance insights, strategic recommendations and coordination across reputed company the relevant contributing areas, supporting the implementation of key business initiatives end to end.
• Drive business performance of the reputed company Brand reputed company Business Unit to deliver the annual plan.
• Support the Brand reputed company Trips Leadership Team by delivering comprehensive views on overall business performance, initiatives and other priorities.
• Drive strategy and coordination across traveler product, marketing efforts (Brand, CRM, Loyalty, Performance search, etc) and supply.
• Identify high impact initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and reputed company cross functional teams across reputed company to reputed company execution for successful outcomes, e.g., optimizing investment strategy to align profitability with growth and marketplace needs

Education and qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor's in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a reputed company field; or equivalent professional experience; MBA preferred
• 8+ years for Bachelor's
• 6+ years for Master's
• Demonstrable experience in business management (B2C ecommerce/marketing, P&L) and/or business strategy or strategy consulting, preferably in the ecommerce or technology space
• You are a demonstrated Program Manager with the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams, influence and align stakeholders to reputed company successful business outcomes

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
