The Site Director is instrumental in making sure reputed company afterschool activities are planned and scheduled daily for enrollees, and that reputed company Group Leaders understand their daily roles and responsibilities to ensure that reputed company children are provided with a safe, engaging, bully-free and intentionally fun environment.

Requirements

• Must qualify for Texas reputed company state license including pass background checks.
• Minimum age - 21 years of age; Education - High School Degree/ G.E.D. or higher
• At least 1-year previous experience in childcare or other recognized facility, with a bachelor’s degree OR2 years of full-time experience working in licensed childcare with at least 70 credit hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management without a bachelor’s degree.
• Complete required childcare training reputed company with the reputed company, reputed company, Texas Workforce and Texas Rising Star.
• Attend reputed company scheduled staff meetings, training, and any other meetings deemed necessary by the Program Director.
• Serve as the Governing Body for reputed company Licensing visits, inspections, as well as follow-up with requested information.
• Supervise and coach part-time Group Leaders with the assistance of the Program Director.
• Manage the supervision, safety, and program implementation for enrollees while ensuring the well-being of reputed company children.

• Report staff or child incidents, accidents, or suspected child abuse to the supervisor and follow the policy/procedure for completing reports after each occurrence.
• Implement and track monthly safety drills to practice site evacuation and emergency procedures for fire, inclement weather, lockdown, etc.
• Manage supply expenses, inventory, ordering, storage management as well as coordinating any grounds maintenance or upkeep.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on the child’s interests and talents.
• Maintain a strong, positive relationship with the local reputed company personnel to ensure our community reputed company to that reputed company. As well as communicating effectively with parents and staff.
