We are currently seeking a dedicated LCSW with a Supervision Certification to provide supervision to our LMSW as she work towards clinical licensure. Job Description: As an LCSW with Supervision Certification at Total Wellness Mental Health, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our LMSW, ensuring their professional development and assisting them in meeting the requirements for licensure. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for making a positive impact on mental health. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual supervision to LMSW to meet licensure requirements.
• Support the clinical and professional development of LMSW in accordance with state regulations.
• Conduct regular supervision meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure LMSW maintain ethical standards and best practices in their work.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to deliver comprehensive care to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation reputed company to supervision.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• reputed company LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in TX.
• Supervision Certification (required).
• Previous experience providing clinical supervision to LMSWs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for mentoring and developing future social workers.
