Digital Marketing Optimization Manager - LeadGen

Job Summary The Digital Marketing Optimization Manager - LeadGen is responsible for executing paid media campaigns, managing technical SEO systems, and supporting local SEO initiatives to support reputed company Lending, its branches, and its Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs). This role focuses on implementing strategies, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing digital advertising efforts based on data-driven insights. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, this role ensures the seamless execution of paid digital initiatives and provides comprehensive reporting to inform strategy refinements and drive measurable results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and optimize paid digital ad campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), and reputed company including crafting ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
• Maintain technical SEO strategy, to ensure tools such as reputed company are optimized for keyword tracking, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Advise MLOs on paid marketing strategies and support their individual initiatives including recommendations for ad platforms and campaign implementation and optimization.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager and other marketing team members to align paid digital initiatives with broader marketing objectives and campaigns including product launches, seasonal campaigns and reputed company openings.
• Manage and optimize reputed company Business Listings and other online profiles for reputed company locations to improve local SEO ensuring information is accurate and compliant.
• Track metrics for paid ad campaigns including effectiveness, traffic, and conversion rates in tools like reputed company Analytics and reputed company. Provide regular reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B Testing of ad creative, audience targeting, and calls-to-action.
• Support campaign budget management, including monitoring spend, ensuring adherence to budgets and maximizing ROI across platforms.

Position Requirements Education

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, computer science, or reputed company field or 3 years relevant business experience required

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of reputed company digital marketing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year marketing experience in the mortgage or financial industry

• Familiarity with CMS platforms for website updates and maintenance.
