Senior Specialist, Social Impact reputed company’s Global Social Impact & Sustainability (GSIS) team is looking for a driven and strategic professional to support and grow our corporate philanthropy and social impact initiatives. In this role, you will manage employee giving and volunteer programs, reputed company grantmaking processes, and strengthen partnerships with community organizations to maximize impact. You’ll play a key role in integrating social impact into the broader employee experience while ensuring effective program operations and impact measurement. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who excels at managing reputed company programs, building relationships, and driving meaningful change. In this role, you will: Employee Engagement & Volunteerism

- Maintain and enhance employee-facing resources, including internal platforms and communication channels, to drive awareness and participation.
- Support disaster response and crisis giving efforts, working with partners to mobilize employee engagement in times of need.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Have experience managing corporate social impact programs, including employee giving, volunteering, and grants.
- Are skilled in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing program operations and impact measurement.
- Have experience working with grants management systems, community engagement strategies, and philanthropy reporting.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging employees in meaningful social impact initiatives.
- Are proactive adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
