We are currently hiring a Process/Chemical Engineering Department Manager and reputed company a dynamic team of process/chemical engineers, designers, and support staff. You will have the opportunity to effectively reputed company, manage, and mentor the Process/Chemical staff and design work, with an emphasis on employee growth and project success. This position will be a hybrid position, requiring occasional onsite work. Fully remote or travel work arrangements for this role are not available. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction, reputed company, and issue resolution for designs involving high purity gas and liquid delivery systems, sanitary and hygienic piping and equipment, HVAC, purified water and steam systems, scrubber systems, and possibly other process chemical systems.
  • Coordinate with various disciplines reputed company the organization to collaborate, optimize, and improve work and staff sharing by participating in multi-discipline strategy sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for process safety and risk analysis, such as HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL.

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of department personnel to prioritize training needs and reputed company/implement a training program.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (or an equivalent engineering degree with relevant experience).
  • At least three years of experience managing people, along with a proven track record of organizational and employee development.
  • An active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of practice or the ability to obtain reciprocity reputed company 6 months of employment is highly desirable.
