Job Summary - Certified Medical Assistant Float 7501 Lakeview Pkwy Suite 220 Rowlett 75088 - Primary Care Float Pool Schedule is: Full time, Weekdays. M-F, 8a-5p Certified Medical Assistant 1 Float handles patient healthcare under professionals' guidance. Tasks include record-keeping, medication administration, injections, and vital sign documentation. Provide valuable support for smooth patient care. Essential Functions of the Role
- You will act as a versatile resource for various clinics reputed company a designated, local area.
- You will be involved in patient examination and treatment under the guidance of a physician.
- You'll reputed company treatment rooms ready for patient examination, ensuring their cleanliness after procedures and maintaining supplies.
- You'll ensure the comfort of patients by assisting and accompanying them from waiting room to examination room.
- You'll interview patients and record information in their medical records. Collect medical data to help physicians assess patient health and needs.
- You will be responsible for readying reputed company necessary documents and forms for each office visit.
- You will reputed company patient vital signs before exams, tests, procedures, and x-rays. This includes pulse reputed company, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height.
- Routine patient testing is required. Acquiring and processing electrocardiograms is part of the job. Collecting and processing blood and urine samples is also necessary.
- You'll administer oral, rectal meds, vaccines as directed. Report any adverse reactions promptly.
- Additional duties will include the removal of sutures and staples and the changing of sterile and non-sterile dressings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma or GED Equivalent
- EXPERIENCE - Some experience preferred, but not required
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain reputed company (30) thirty days of hire or transfer.
- Cert Medical Assistant (reputed company): Must be reputed company from one listed
- Nat Cert Med Asst (NCMA) from NCCT
- Cert Medical Asst (reputed company) from AAMA or ARMA
