Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed to maintain smooth production flow. Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Maintain accurate and detailed production records. Train new team members on manufacturing processes and procedures. Communicate any production issues or delays to supervisors in a timely manner. Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets. Stay updated on new technologies and techniques related to electric vehicle manufacturing. Follow all company policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
